In 1948, Earle Swensen, opened his first Ice Cream Shoppe at the corner of Union and Hyde along the cable car tracks in San Francisco, California.
For years, Swensen’s still uses the same recipes with the same high-quality ingredients that we did when we opened our doors, and that will never change.
