Do you have a parking?
Yes, We have a parking in the basement.
How much does parking cost?
It costs TWD 120 per hour.
What time is check-in / check-out?
Our standard check-in time is 3 p.m. however you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Front Desk until your room is prepared.
Our standard check-out time is 12 p.m. Please note that late checkout requests are based upon occupancy and availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.

Can I store my luggage somewhere?
Yes, if you arrive early, we have a luggage room to keep your bags until your time for check-in. After check-out, we will gladly keep your bags in our luggage room until you come back to pick them up.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Yes,We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
Is Internet free of charge?
Yes, internet is free of charge for all our guests.
Do the rooms have windows?
Yes, All rooms have windows, but not allow open for safety reason.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
